Pirum hires Chapman as global customer success director

Technology firm Pirum has appointed Rhys Chapman as global customer success director.
Based in London, he will oversee the customer success, client services, and client onboarding teams.
In addition, he will ensure Pirum鈥檚 client support models meet the demands of the company鈥檚 growing client base.
Chapman brings over 14 years of experience in building and optimising client support teams and functions to this role.
Prior to this new position, Chapman worked for Rimes, an enterprise data management services and investment platform.
During his tenure with the company, he was most recently EVP global head of client account management, where he led the firm鈥檚 client-facing functions, including customer success, relationship management, and key account management.
