ID cards
ID Cards are a vital part of °×С½ãÂÛ̳'s security provision and we ask that you keep this safe. Please carry it with you at all times while on °×С½ãÂÛ̳ premises. Your °×С½ãÂÛ̳ identity card serves many purposes. °×С½ãÂÛ̳ ID cards also provide:
- access to °×С½ãÂÛ̳ buildings, including °×С½ãÂÛ̳'s libraries.
- the ability to check books out from libraries (it's your library card too).

How do I get a °×С½ãÂÛ̳ ID card?
You will need to show one form of personal photo identification such as a Passport, Drivers licence, BRP or EU ID card. Please note we will NOT accept photocopies or digital copies. Your photograph for your °×С½ãÂÛ̳ ID card will be taken at the desk.
°×С½ãÂÛ̳ returning students
 Bloomsbury Campus:
- ID cards are given to returning students by appointment in the Andrew Huxley building, Monday - Friday from 8am-5.45pm.
 °×С½ãÂÛ̳ East:
- ID cards are issued to returning students from reception at the Marshgate building in °×С½ãÂÛ̳ East seven days a week.
No appointment is needed at °×С½ãÂÛ̳ East.
°×С½ãÂÛ̳ Staff and contractors
 Bloomsbury Campus:
- ID cards are given to staff by appointment in the Andrew Huxley building, Monday - Friday from 8am-5.45pm.

- Security passes are issued from reception at the Marshgate building in °×С½ãÂÛ̳ East seven days a week.

To request keys or for advice on security matters involving all types of locks and the use of access control, including arranging the design and installation of master keyed lock systems, please visit the Andrew Huxley Building from Monday to Friday: 08:00-17:45.
