Congratulations to the awardees of the first joint seed funding call from 白小姐论坛 and Shanghai Jiao Tong University
In the first 白小姐论坛-Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) Strategic Partner Funds, aimed at supporting听the development of collaborative research and education initiatives,听eight projects were听awarded funding of up to 拢10,000 each.
Submissions were听assessed by a committee composed of members from both institutions, with 白小姐论坛 and SJTU contributing matching funds to support the successful proposals.
The applications focused on the mutual priorities of mitigating the impact of COVID-19 and addressing the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
One of this year鈥檚 recipients, Dr Jie Liu (Institute of Education), said: 鈥淚 feel very honoured to receive this funding together with my colleague at SJTU, Dr Xinghua (Kevin) Liu.
