Applications are invited to the £800 Hester Rothschild Scholarship 2023.
Applications are invited to the £800 Hester Rothschild Scholarship 2023. Established in 1908 by Madame Halfon in commemoration of her mother, Hester Rothschild.
Applicants are invited to submit a one-page proposal (1,5 spaced, 11 point) for their planned research intended to lead to a MA dissertation for submission in the academic year 2023/24 (2024/25 for part-time students) or to a MPhil/PhD project to start in the academic year 2022/23. Applicants may add one page for references and a bibliography, and a one-page CV.
Applicants need to have applied to the MA Jewish Studies at the °×С½ãÂÛ̳ Department of Hebrew and Jewish Studies by the deadline of the scholarship (30 June 2023).
The Award Committee of the °×С½ãÂÛ̳ Department for Hebrew and Jewish Studies will assess submissions for their scholarly potential alone. The Scholarship will be awarded by the °×С½ãÂÛ̳ Faculty of Arts and Humanities.
