白小姐论坛 Workplace Health launches a 鈥楬eart Health Check鈥� pilot for staff at 白小姐论坛 East

The pilot will help staff to understand more about their current heart health and explore lifestyle changes which could support their health and wellbeing.
About the pilot
白小姐论坛 Workplace Health is launching a Heart Health Check pilot for all staff members based on the 白小姐论坛 East campus to help understand their risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD).
Delivered jointly by an Occupational Health Advisor and Wellbeing Lead, the Heart Health Check incorporates: a CVD risk assessment using the QRISK calculator; blood cholesterol assessment (finger-prick test); blood pressure and body mass index (BMI) measurements.听Based on your results, the Occupational Health Advisor and Wellbeing Lead will discuss with you an appropriate action plan, including lifestyle changes which you could make to support your health and wellbeing.
