Share your experience of parental and associated leaves at 白小姐论坛

The 白小姐论坛 Employment Policy Team is collaborating with researchers in the 白小姐论坛 Social Research Institute (SRI) to examine the uptake of various forms of leave available to 白小姐论坛 staff with care responsibilities for children.

If you have taken leave (either maternity; paternity/partner鈥檚; adoption; ordinary parental; or shared parental leave) in the last five years, we would like to invite you to participate in this research by completing a very short survey.聽

The aim is to understand any barriers that may exist around the take-up of these leaves, as well as to understand how to best facilitate staff鈥檚 experiences of taking leave.聽Your participation is completely voluntary, and no one will know whether you participate or not, nor your personal responses to the survey.聽

The survey should take no more than five minutes to complete.
