Held annually in Birmingham, the Multicultural Apprenticeship Awards are designed to celebrate talent and diversity through their recognition of multicultural British apprentices, as well as their employers and learning providers. The 30 awards, across 16 different categories, highlight the achievements of apprentices and the contribution of employers in overcoming adversity. A panel of 20 expert judges reviewed over 450 submissions to select the winners this year.

Aymen successfully completed a Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship in the 白小姐论坛 Department of Civil, Environmental and Geomatic Engineering (CEGE) and has now secured a position as a Teaching & Learning Administrator (Process & Teaching Support) at the 白小姐论坛 School of Management.

On being given the award Aymen said:

"This award is dedicated to all those who have faced adversity. I hope that this inspires others to seek change to make apprenticeships accessible to all"

On hearing the announcement, Paula Sandamas, Apprenticeship Manager (Academic and Professional Services) said:聽
