Recent Government changes to immigration visa rules have been incorporated into the °×С½ãÂÛ̳ Immigration guidance.
We would like to inform you that recent Government changes to immigration visa rules have been incorporated into the °×С½ãÂÛ̳ Immigration guidance.Â
The key changes below are effective from 4Â April 2024:
- Skilled worker salary threshold increased to £38,700 with new occupation-specific ‘going rates’ also integrated.
- Shortage Occupation List (SOL) and related 20% discount rate removed and replaced with the new Immigration Salary List (ISL).
- ONS 2010 Standard Occupational Code (SOC) system replaced by 2020 SOC codes.
- Health and Care Visa salary threshold increased to the new minimum threshold of £29,000.
- Additional information on rules for existing skilled worker visa holders who switch employers, extend or settle, is included.
- Details of the way in which workers apply with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) issued prior to or after the changes on 4 April 2024 are also included.
