The context section of the JD's has been left for individual teams to include to talk about their specific team, department or faculty. ÌýWe encourage Hiring Managers to adopt the new standard JDs where it makes sense to do so, and not to add to or amend the duties or person specification.
Ìý
The HR Job Descriptions and Person Specifications have been developed in consultation with representatives from across °×С½ãÂÛ̳, and overseen by a working group co chaired by Faculty Operations and HR Business Partnering. ÌýThey have been developed based on a series of activity analysis exercises carried out in the five faculties, as well as a review and consolidation of existing JDs from a variety of teams. We are publishing them here, should others find them useful when recruiting Faculty HR roles. Ìý
These Job Descriptions and Person Specifications provide clear steps for career progression and should help to improve consistency in how HR activity is carried out across the organisation.
