MyHR Departmental Read Only Access

MyHR Departmental Read Only Access is a tool that provides administrators in departments access to a set of historical, current and future dataÌýwithinÌýemployee or visitor/contingent worker records located within their department.

There are two roles available.ÌýOnlyÌýone access type (Finance or HR)Ìýcan be given to a user. All of the information provided within the access for Finance usersÌýis present within the HR userÌýaccess.ÌýThese roles require authorisation before access is granted.

  • Access for Finance Users

This will give the user access to the following individual data found withinÌýan employee or visitor/contingent worker record. This includes historical, current and future data:

- Employment – assignment costing, weekly working hours, work pattern, FTE, grade and salary information,Ìýprojected end date, staff occupancy category and job title.

  • Access forÌýHR Users

This will give the user access to the following individual data found withinÌýan employee or visitor/contingent worker record. This includes historical, current and future data:

- Personal – names, address(es), phone number(s), emergency contact details, UPI and start/service dates.
- Employment – supervisor, assignment costing, working hours, work pattern, FTE, grade and salary information, probation and notice period, projected end date, staff occupancy category and job title, clinical contract, PGTA, fellowshipÌýand teaching fellow information.

Requesting Access

To request additionalÌýMyHR access, please submit aÌýÌýin MyServices. Please ensure the Head of Department/Division or Faculty Director of Operations for your area is selected as theÌýAuthoriserÌýof the request. Incorrect details will delay requests from proceeding.
