How to access OneDrive for Business
The recommended method to access your OneDrive is to sign-in via your web browser. Visit the and sign in using the same username and password as your email account (e.g. userID@ucl.ac.uk). You can also open your OneDrive while signed in to by selecting the app launcher menu (within the top-left corner of your web browser window) and then 'OneDrive'.

- The data on your OneDrive are private until you share them.
- You can share data with °×С½ãÂÛ̳ users or external users.
- Permissions can changed to allow people to Edit or just View.
- Version history allows you to restore older versions of your files.
- If a file has been deleted from your OneDrive, you can recover it for up to 93 days from the OneDrive recycle bin.
- 'Restore your OneDrive' allows you to undo all actions on your OneDrive within the last 30 days.
- File requests allow you to give people permission to drop off files in a designated folder.
