About the workshop
In the wake of the Law Commission’s recent opening of a consultation on Evidence in Sexual Offence Prosecutions, this joint workshop by the °×С½ãÂÛ̳’s Centre for Criminal Law and °×С½ãÂÛ̳ Judicial Institute brings together leading experts with a diversity of experience and knowledge to share their insights on how juries respond to evidence in sexual offence prosecutions. Each speaker will present for 15 minutes and there will be time allocated for Q&A.
