The New Curators Project aims to give young east Londoners the chance to learn about careers in the cultural heritage sector.
The New Curators Project is an annual programme run byÌý°×С½ãÂÛ̳ Special CollectionsÌý²¹²Ô»åÌý. It offers 10 young adults in East London the chance to develop the skills and experience needed to start a career in the cultural heritage sector.ÌýThat could mean working in a museum, an art gallery, at a heritage site, in libraries and archives or an arts organisation.
We offer financial support to enable participants to take part and we support them in applying for jobs and with futher professional development through our New Curators Network, which connects each year's cohort with previous participants through talks, events and visits throughout the year.
