Research synopsis
I鈥檓 a slime mould enthusiast that uses the amoeba Dictyostelium to study collective cell intelligence. For this, I pair mathematical and computational modelling with 3D microscopy and image analysis. I am currently interested in the 3D patterns of cell signalling and velocity that emerge in swarming and aggregating cells.
