This module focuses on the challenges of managing complex technology or engineering projects with large teams, long timescales and multifaceted, evolving requirements. It aims to teach students how to identify risks and manage them through progress monitoring and the effective use of contracts. It introduces key project roles for complex projects, and the challenges of managing scope and conflict.
