The lunch hour session will take place from 1:30-2:30pm on Wednesday 2 March 2016. Covering topics such as 'essential tools to calm a racing mind, manage anxious feelings and thoughts' and 'how to sleep the night before important events and exams', this lecture was very well received by students and staff.
