Participants wanted for study into the effectiveness of self-monitoring on diet and physical activity

A healthy, nutritious diet and regular exercise can help you look and feel your best, and it's easier than you might think! Develop and maintain healthier eating habits and get more active in this 12-week intervention study.

Self monitoring study

To take part, you must be aged 18 or older, ideally possess a smartphone and not suffering from any serious medical conditions.Ìý

This study is conducted by a °×С½ãÂÛ̳ MSc student and is supervised by Dr Dorina Cadar, °×С½ãÂÛ̳ MRC Unit for Lifelong Health and Ageing.

This study has received ethical approval from the °×С½ãÂÛ̳ Research Ethics Committee, ID number: 6439/002.
