Research has shown that students gain confidence, motivation, and awareness of how they learn and a stronger sense of their own identity from taking part in such initiatives.

Getting involved

CALT is looking for students at any level who would be interested in taking part. The role will involve 10-20 hours of observation and feedback. Paticipating students will be asked to give verbal reports to the staff member they will be paired with, as well as provide a very short written evaluation of their experience.
