The New to °×С½ãÂÛ̳ survey is closing on Friday 8 December, which means new students only have one week left to complete the survey and be in with a chance to win a cash prize of £500Ìýor one of 250 £10 Amazon vouchers.
As a new student at °×С½ãÂÛ̳ it is important that you receive the information andÌýsupport you need to settle in and begin your studies. Please take 10 minutes to share your views through the New to °×С½ãÂÛ̳ survey and tell us if your arrival went smoothly and where we could improve.Ìý
How to complete the survey
If you are an eligible student you will have been sent an email to your °×С½ãÂÛ̳ email address from student.surveys@ucl-teaching.org.uk with a personal link to the survey.
Alternatively, you can go toÌýÌýand login with your student ID number (8 or 9 digit number on the front of the student card) and date of birth as password (instructions are on the login page).
Your response is completelyÌýanonymousÌýand will be used to help drive positive change.
You Shaped °×С½ãÂÛ̳
Student feedback has already led to the following outcomes:
- 15% increase in °×С½ãÂÛ̳ study space in 2016-17, as well as 549 new student PCs and 60 Laptop loans are available for the 2017/18 termÌý
- Improved guidance on types of extenuating circumstances, including long-term/chronic conditions
- Extended range of emotional and psychological support, including evening appointments and an out-of-hours telephone counselling service for all students available 365 days a year
- The availableÌýto all °×С½ãÂÛ̳ students and staff, allowing you to see all your feedback and marks in one place.
