The decision was taken to suspend planned refurbishment works at Ramsay Hall, due to begin this summer, following a review of the construction proposals.

Director of °×С½ãÂÛ̳ Accommodation, Duncan Palmer said: "While we reconsider the full scope of works for the project, it was the logical decision to keep Ramsay Hall and Ian Baker House open providing much needed catered and self-catered accommodation for our students in the Bloomsbury area.

"In line with our 2018/19 rent strategy, °×С½ãÂÛ̳ will also reduce the rents on the accommodation element at Ramsay Hall by 5%, bringing the total number of rooms that °×С½ãÂÛ̳ have reduced the rents on to 1127 for the upcoming academic year."
