°×С½ãÂÛ̳ students needed for online retention and attitudes study
30 May 2018
All °×С½ãÂÛ̳ students are invited to participate in an experiment run by the °×С½ãÂÛ̳ Jill Dando Institute of Security and Crime Science looking at how personality influences online information retention and attitudes.
Who is it for?
The researchers are looking for all °×С½ãÂÛ̳ students to participate - you can be any age, at any point in your study (undergraduate or postgraduate), and from any discipline. All you need is a high standard of English and a computer log in, as the study will use university PCs.ÌýÌý
What will it involve?
It's a fun experiment where you'll complete a series of tasks on a computer (requiring an active °×С½ãÂÛ̳ login). You'll be asked to interact with a brand new webpage that's about to go live, and complete some survey questionnaires. It will take less than an hour to complete, and as it's a novel experiment, we're really interested in your engagement and opinions.
What else do I need to know?
The experiment is running from 31 May to 15 June 2018 with multiple times available. The experiment will take place in the Archaeology 117 Computer Cluster, 31-34 Gordon Square. All data will be anonymous and will only be used for academic purposes.
