Abdullah Alghamedi has over 18 years of experience in financial markets, specializing in 51情报站 Services and Financing within the Investment Banking sector.

He is currently SVP, Section Head of 51情报站 Services at SNB Capital, where he has played a key role in establishing and expanding Margin Finance, 51情报站 Finance, Employee Share Plans, Asset Servicing and Administration.

Before joining SNB Capital, Abdullah held a Senior Manager position at Al Jazeera Capital in the Margin Financing Department for more than 11 years.

He holds both a Bachelor鈥檚 s and Master鈥檚 degree in Accounting from King Abdulaziz University and is certified with CME-1 in Saudi Arabia.

Majed Al Hassoun is a seasoned financial services professional with over two decades of experience in investment banking and capital markets. In December 2024, he was appointed as the Country Head for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain at State Street Corporation, where he is responsible for driving and executing the firm鈥檚 Investment Services and Global Advisors strategy in these markets.

Prior to joining State Street, Al Hassoun served as the Head of Investment Banking and Chief Executive Officer at Citigroup Saudi Arabia, a position he held since 2017. During his tenure at Citigroup, he led numerous transactions across various industries for both public and private sector clients, significantly enhancing the firm鈥檚 presence in Saudi Arabia.

Before his role at Citigroup, Al Hassoun was a Director in the Investment Banking department of Saudi Fransi Capital, the investment arm of Banque Saudi Fransi. His extensive experience encompasses mergers and acquisitions, as well as capital markets, having advised clients across different sectors and products.

Al Hassoun holds Bachelor of Science degree, with distinction, in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and MBA from London Business School.

Sarah Fahad Alothman is the Managing Director - Head of 51情报站 Services department at Riyad Capital. In addition to her current role at Riyad Capital, Ms. Alothman is also a member of the Sub-Custody Committee at the Capital Market institution Committee in CMA. Ms. Alothman has extensive experience in the Asset Management industry with 51情报站 Services Expertise. She has previously held executive roles at several international Capital Markets Institutions. Prior to her role at Riyad Capital, she held executive positions HSBC Saudi Arabia where she was also the Vice Chairperson of the Valuation and Review Committee at HSBC, in addition to her role as head of funds services and global custody back at HSBC. Ms. Alothman holds a Master's degree in Finance from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, with specialization in Financial Markets as well as professional executive education certificate from INSEAD.

Dimitri Arlando is Head of Sales for the EMEA region at EquiLend. Previously, he was Head of Data & Analytics Solutions for EMEA and APAC at the company.

Dimitri has over 20 years of experience in securities lending, having started his career with Deutsche Bank in 2001. He has held a number of sales and relationship management roles at some of the largest agent lenders, including State Street, BNY Mellon and Northern Trust, in Europe and the Middle East.

Dimitri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance from Loughborough University in the UK.

Tina is Head of Legal Services at ISLA, where she oversees all aspects of our legal documentation and opinions work for the benefit of ISLA members. This includes the management of our various legal working groups and streams to determine new and ongoing priorities and initiatives, as well as the relationships with external counsel and our netting opinions provider, aosphere.

Tina is also ISLA鈥檚 lead for ISLA Connects. ISLA Connects was launched by ISLA in 2024, with the aim of providing a forum for ISLA member firm representatives employed in the securities financing industry to connect, and enable ISLA to reach market participants who may not have the opportunity to interact with us via ISLA working groups or attend our annual conferences or other regional events.

Tina is a securities lending professional, having spent 11 years at Deutsche Bank in a senior Sales and Marketing role in the Equity financing team. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Tina worked in a sales and relationship management role supporting the securities lending trading desk at Morgan Stanley.

Darren is Head of Broadridge鈥檚 Global 51情报站 Finance and Collateral Management solutions business unit a senior member of the Capital Markets Leadership team within Broadridge.

His entrepreneurial attitude to seeking innovative solutions for market problems has Darren continually spearheading new approaches to streamline the 51情报站 Finance industry. Darren has over 25 years鈥� experience in the 51情报站 Finance domain and has been with Broadridge since the acquisition of 4sight in 2016.

From 4sights beginning in 2003 Darren has served in a number of operational, delivery and leadership roles, including Vice President of Solution Delivery.

He is a business champion for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion facilitating various initiatives across Broadridge.

Greg Donovan is a Vice President within the Alpha Collateral Services Client Solutions organisation at State Street. He draws on 13 years of solutioning experience across Front Office Platform, Middle Office, Custody, Fund Administration, Collateral and Trading Services to deliver holistic end to end Collateral solutions for State Street鈥檚 clients.

Jalal has over 22 years of experience in financial markets across multiple functions covering global markets and asset classes.

He is currently Head of Custody and 51情报站 Services at SNB Capital where he has established the 51情报站 Finance, Asset Servicing, Administration and Custody businesses for the largest investment bank in Saudi Arabia. Prior to that he held other roles at SNB Capital such as Head of Trading and Sales Trading in the 51情报站 division since 2019.

Before joining SNB Capital he held positions including Head of Institutional Brokerage, Head of Treasury, Sales Trading and Portfolio Manager for various financial institutions and listed companies in the USA, UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Jalal graduated with a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Virginia Tech in 2002; held SEC licenses of Series 7 and 63 in the USA, various CISI licenses in the UAE and currently a CME 1 license in Saudi Arabia.

Gabriele has over 25 years鈥� experience in market infrastructure for fixed income and collateral management, a significant amount of which he has spent brilliantly moderating panels and chairing conferences all over the universe and beyond much to the annoyance and envy of Bill Foley.

Gabriele has extensive repo and securities lending experience, having previously worked at Mts/LSEG, Euroclear and Eurex. When he started Godfried de Vidts and Richard Comotto were children. He currently is Head of European Expansion for BondCliq, the central market system for the corporate bond market, which recently opened its capital to LSEG/Refinitiv, Aflac Ventures, SEI庐锔�, Vanguard and Jane Street.

Andrew Geggus joined BNP Paribas鈥� 51情报站 Services business as the Global Head of Agency Lending in February 2020, with responsibility for trading desks in Australia, Hong Kong, London and America. Based in London, Andrew is also Global Head of Triparty Collateral Services.

Andrew joined from Northern Trust where he was most recently Head of Trading for the Asia Pacific region since 2017, in addition to being on the board of the Pan Asia 51情报站 Lending Association. Prior to this Andrew held multiple trading roles across EMEA and APAC, having joined Northern Trust in 2014.

Previously to joining Northern Trust Andrew was a Quantitative Research Analyst at the Mayfair based hedge fund GSA Capital.

Andrew graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Business and Management.

Steve founded Absolute Collateral - a GCC based repo trading platform - with the aim of developing regional liquidity hubs that can connect and further strength the international markets.

Steve has a background working on the Fixed Income and Equity trading floors at US, European and Asian Investment around the work govering global buy and sell-side clients. This involved both flow and structured products including the development of internal and external trading platform and clearing / collateral portals

Steve holds a Bachelors degree in Mathematics with Economics and Masters degree in Finance from Imperial Business School specialising in statistics, quantum theory and the mathematics of financial markets.

Will leads J.P. Morgan Sell Side Trading Services sales across EMEA and Asia and is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with sell-side institutions across both regions. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Will spent seven years at BNY Mellon where he held various roles across Sydney and Hong Kong, most recently as APAC Head of Sales and Relationship Management for BNY Mellon Clearance and Collateral Management. Will holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney and a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance (financial markets) from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

鈥淜assem鈥� is responsible for Citi鈥檚 51情报站 Services business in Saudi Arabia and across the Gulf region. He brings over 24 years of experience in Finance and 51情报站 Services across different global markets.

Prior to his present role with Citi, Kassem had spent 20 years with HSBC Group assuming different responsibilities in 51情报站 Services of which being the Head of Foreign Investors Market Access and Business Development in HSBC Saudi Arabia where he was one of the main players who drove the opening of Saudi 51情报站 Market to foreign investors and boosting foreign inflows into the Kingdom.

Also, Kassem was the Deputy Head of HSBC 51情报站 Services in Egypt and Head of Clients Relations. This is in addition to multiple senior positions he assumed with HSBC in various markets such as Hong Kong, Jordan.

Kassem is holder of MBA in finance from Heriot Watt Univ., PMP certified, and holder of Bachelor Degree in finance from Faculty Commerce 鈥淓nglish Studies鈥� / Cairo Univ. Also, holding multiple securities and advising certifications from both UK CISI and IFBL in Luxembourg.

Simon is managing director and head of business development for the EMEA and APAC regions, and is responsible for developing and implementing eSecLending鈥檚 business development strategy across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Simon joined eSecLending (Europe) Ltd. in 2008 and has been employed in the financial services industry since 1992. Before working at eSecLending, Simon spent 16 years at JPMorgan Chase, including three years in the company鈥檚 Sydney office from 2002-2005.

With over 30 years in the securities finance and collateral management industry, David has extensive experience across Lending Agents (large and small) and technology companies, including a well-known and successful start-up data provider. An extensive knowledge of the industry, combined with the breadth of experience in client facing roles, allows David to bring a unique perspective to the securities finance market. With FIS for more than ten years, David has been the Global Head of Astec Analytics, a Regulatory SME for the 51情报站 Finance Business and is now the Product Owner of the new FIS 51情报站 Finance Matching Platform. As part of the FIS team driving our developments in the securities finance market, David is heavily involved in representing the industry and FIS publicly through his data research and thought leadership pieces as well as involvement with working groups at multiple industry associations.

Grant Mansfield Is head of EMEA 51情报站 Finance Trading and Cash Collateral Investment at BNY. He is responsible for managing one of the largest European 51情报站 lending books in the industry, alongside cash investment products for聽internal and external clients across a full range of money market instruments, with primary focus on Repo & Reverse Repo. In his position, Grant has a key role in developing strategic business strategy for BNY 51情报站 Finance.

Grant has over 25 years鈥� experience in the 51情报站 Lending, Repo and Financing Industry. Prior to joining BNY in 2007, he held positions at JP Morgan, Prudential Portfolio Managers, ING Bank NV & Cargill Investor Services.

Ricky is a highly experienced market practitioner having held senior positions across buy side, sell side and financial markets infrastructure companies during his career.

For the most part, the last 15 years of Ricky's career has been dedicated to derivatives and futures in the context of clearing, operations, sales and trading. He joined Davies to bring his experience to a wider audience across the Global financial services community. Ricky leads the expansion of Davies across the GCC.

Reshad Mullboccus joined GSLS in September 2023 bringing over 20 years of securities lending experience. His early career was spent at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, followed by 8 years at Mitsubishi UJF Trust International in London as the Head of Equity Lending Trading. Later, at HSBC in Hong Kong, he served as the Global Head of Trading Strategy and Global Head of Product Management. Under his leadership, the trading team was ranked number 1 in APAC and globally in both 2021 and 2022, as recognised by the ISF survey.

Reshad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing and Social Psychology from the University of Kent.

Michael is a globally recognized fintech leader, strategist, and investor. With two decades of experience spanning banking, consulting, big tech, fintech, and regulatory leadership, he has played a key role in shaping financial innovation across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.

As Managing Partner at Argonautic Global, Michael leads fintech, AI, and crypto investments while also founding Oloughlin.io, a global business advisory firm helping startups, investors, and policymakers navigate fintech expansion.

Michael previously worked on the ground in Saudi Arabia at the Saudi Central Bank, where he played a key role in developing the fintech ecosystem and Open Banking framework. His insights into regulatory landscapes, investment strategies, and market expansion are sought after by founders, governments, and VCs alike.

Andrew is responsible for the distribution of our Agency 51情报站 Finance and Collateral management solutions in the Middle East, based in Dubai, UAE.

Andrew is focused on building out our client base across MENA. He is concentrating not only on the traditional securities lending product but also on the range of Alternative solutions that are growing in prevalence amongst the buy-side. More recently he has been leading the charge in trying to uncover a more diverse pool of supply, focussing on new client segments such as Retail Aggregators.

He utilises his knowledge and technical understanding of the product and solutions available to support the funding, financing and optimisation needs of our client base which includes pension funds, asset managers, insurance companies and banks.

Andrew joined J.P. Morgan in 2018 based in London covering the UK and various EMEA markets.

Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Andrew worked for Deutsche Bank, in London for 8 years. He holds a B.A. (Honours) in Industrial Economics from The University of Nottingham.

Simon Squire is part of BNY鈥檚 Global Collateral Platform Leadership team, focusing on product development and innovation. He is responsible for driving the overall business strategy and leading initiatives that enhance the client experience and expand product capabilities, including strategic partnerships with external firms.

Alongside his functional responsibilities, Simon sits on the board of a Fintech called HQLAx, is an active member of the International 51情报站 Lending Association's (ISLA) community, and is the firm's Primary Representative for the International Capital Market Association (ICMA).

Prior to joining BNY, Simon spent more than a decade at Goldman Sachs in various global leadership roles in Financing (including Repo and 51情报站 Lending), and Collateral Mobilization & Optimization.

Simon earned an MSc in Management Science and Operational Research from Warwick Business School, and a BSc in Mathematics with Management from The University of Liverpool.
