°×С½ãÂÛ̳ offers a wide range of services including: building maintenance, mechanical work, plumbing, carpentry, handymen work, electrical work, cleaning, portering, pest control and waste disposal. You can book any of these services by "raising a service request". You can raise a service request in MyCampus, which is the software °×С½ãÂÛ̳ uses to manage requests, let you know when to expect your request to be fulfilled, and when it's complete .

Please note there is an exception for °×С½ãÂÛ̳ East, which does not use MyCampus. Both methods are listed below.
Wherever you are reporting from you will need:Ìý
- Your °×С½ãÂÛ̳ username and password;
- the °×С½ãÂÛ̳ building name;
- the floor level; and
- the room number (if applicable)

- You'll be given some options to help the team identify the exact nature of the problem.
- The customer team will process your report, and update you with next steps.
