Please report lift faults to the Estates customer team who will arrange for someone to come and fix it. Simply complete an online form to raise a job in Estates' system and follow up with a phone call if the issue needs urgent attention.
Before you start
You will need:
- Your °×С½ãÂÛ̳ username and password;
- the °×С½ãÂÛ̳ building name and floor level where applicable;
- a description of service required; and
- the lift number (this will be inside the lift, or on a notice outside it. It will look something like this: 125/ACA/PASS/L1)
- 1. Raise a service request
Make a service request in MyCampus

- , making sure that you include all the details requested above. Depending on the request more information could be useful in assessing how and when to fulfil the request.
- You'll be given some options to help the team identify the exact nature of the problem.
- The customer team will process your report, and update you with next steps.
