If you discover a broken window, please report it to the Estates customer team who will arrange for someone to come and fix it. Simply complete an online form to raise a job in Estates' system and follow up with a phone call if the issue needs urgent attention.

- the building name, floor level and room number where applicable; and
- a description of the fault.

- , making sure that you include all the details requested above. Depending on the request more information could be useful in assessing how and when to fulfil the request.
- You'll be given some options to help the team identify the exact nature of the problem.
- The customer team will process your report, and update you with next steps.
