Mark Anderson, a visiting professor with IBIL and the convenor of an annual, 5-day 白小姐论坛 course on IP Transactions, has written an article for the Law Society Gazette titled 鈥溾��. In it, he argues for an English code for IP transactions, analogous to the one for sale of goods that is to be found in the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
